AI does the work. A person is accountable.

You are not paying for the AI; anyone can subscribe to that. You are paying for a named person to make sure it works, month after month. This is the maintenance side of the craft.

The Router

The person who decides where each task goes.

A router is the device that decides which path each data packet takes. At Inbucle, the Router decides whether a task is handled by AI, a tool or a person, and is accountable for the outcome. Mauro is a telecommunications engineer. The name isn't a buzzword; it comes from his field.

    AI does the work

Tasks run every day, in your tools or in ours.

  2. 02

    The Router reviews

A person checks the control points defined in each acceptance test.

  3. 03

    Fix and adjust

If something fails, it is fixed and the task is adjusted so it does not happen again.

  4. 04

    We report back

Every month you receive what was done, what failed, what was fixed and how much time was saved.

The question everyone asks

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

It will get something wrong at some point. That is why every task has a human checkpoint written into its acceptance test.

The Router catches it during review, corrects it and adjusts the task. We respond within one business day, Monday to Friday. We do not offer 24/7 support: if a task needs round-the-clock coverage, we tell you before we start.

Which recurring task would you like off your plate?

Retainers begin after a project, once the task has been defined and tested.
