Services and quotes
The services described on this site are priced on request and confirmed in a written quote before work begins. In case of discrepancy, the written quote prevails.
Payments
Speedboosts are paid before the session. The first 30-minute call is free of charge. In projects, each task is invoiced once it is accepted according to its acceptance test. Managed-task retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Scope and support
We do not provide 24/7 support. Response times for each service are stated in its quote. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools to carry out tasks. Every task has a human checkpoint defined in its acceptance test. AI can make mistakes, which is why every task is reviewed.
Data and confidentiality
Client data belongs to the client. Where it is processed and stored is defined in each quote. We treat all information we receive as confidential. See also our privacy policy.
Cancellations
A Speedboost or a call can be rescheduled with two business days’ notice. A retainer can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
