Digital craft · AI managed by people
Inbucle handles your business tasks with AI, managed by a person who is accountable for the outcome. Like any skilled trade: a first call, the work itself and ongoing maintenance.
The problem
You hear about AI every day, yet it still feels out of reach. You don't know where to start, you don't want to overspend, and you can't find anyone to do it properly.
We do everything AI doesn't, so AI actually works for you.
Services
Most clients start with a 30-minute call or a Speedboost. See each service in detail.

How we work
We charge per task, not per hour. A task has an input, an output, a frequency, an acceptance test and an agreed quote. You know what you will pay before we start.
Thirty minutes, free of charge, to understand what you need and see whether we can help.
02We deliver tasks against an acceptance test. We choose the stack that fits and train your people. You pay for each task once it works.
03AI runs the tasks every month, and an Inbucle Router manages them, reviews them and is accountable for the outcome.
The Router
The person who decides where each task goes, whether to AI, a tool or a human, and who is accountable for the outcome.
A router is the device that decides which path each data packet takes. Mauro is a telecommunications engineer. The name isn't a buzzword; it comes from his field.
Real work
No client names, just concrete problems. This is what the craft looks like.
A medium-term project to organize operations into tasks with an owner, a status and controls, and to let AI run the repetitive ones.
Outcome
The first task of the system has been delivered and accepted. The rest is moving forward in stages.
Retrieval-augmented generation over technical documentation and internal policies and standards. The system answers audit questions and cites the source of every answer.
Outcome
Answers with traceable sources instead of manual searches through hundreds of documents.
Assessment and redesign of the IT governance model: roles, a decision dashboard and adoption rules for a team with no formal process culture.
Outcome
Technology decisions with an owner, clear criteria and a record.
Speedboosts
Live workshops for owners, executives and teams. One-on-one, in-house or in open groups.
The essentials: what AI can and cannot do for your business today, and where it makes sense to start.
