Inbucle is a digital craft
Like a plumber, an electrician or an HVAC technician, but in the digital world: a first call, the work itself, and ongoing maintenance. Why Inbucle works this way and what it means for you.
Many people think the most impressive way to make money with AI is to build software and charge a monthly subscription.
Maybe so. But the shortest path to real value is still a different one: helping small and mid-sized businesses and professionals make AI work in their day-to-day operations.
Most owners of small and mid-sized businesses hear about AI every day. They see it everywhere. And yet it still feels out of reach. They want to try it, but they worry about overspending and can't find anyone to do it properly.
That is the gap. Inbucle works in that gap, and treats the work as a craft.
Why a craft
Think of the plumber who comes to your home.
- Answers the phone and listens. Asks what's going on and tells you whether they can help.
- Tells you the truth. Sometimes it's a small adjustment. Sometimes it's "the whole thing needs to be replaced."
- Has a toolbox and chooses which tool to use. Doesn't sell you the wrench; fixes the leak.
- Charges per job, not per hour. You know what it will cost before the work begins.
- Provides maintenance. Comes back, checks things over, and stands behind the work if something fails.
- Isn't on call around the clock. Keeps set hours, and says so.
That is Inbucle, but in the digital world. My toolbox is made of digital tools: code, Notion, automations, AI assistants, spreadsheets, whatever fits the job. Understanding and choosing the stack is the human part.
The unit: the task
We don't sell hours. We sell tasks.
A task has five parts: input, output, frequency, acceptance test, and price. With those, you can do the math that matters: what the task costs you today in your team's hours, and what you gain if we take care of it.
I explain this in more detail in the post on what a managed task is.
A first call, the work itself, and ongoing maintenance
- The call. A complimentary 30-minute call to understand what you need and see whether we can help. If more is needed, the first step of a project is a discovery session.
- The work. We deliver tasks one at a time, each with an acceptance test. You pay for each task once it works.
- Maintenance. AI does the work every month, and an Inbucle Router manages it, reviews it, and is accountable for the outcome.
And before all of that, if you would rather understand first, there are Speedboosts: two-hour live sessions to understand AI and make sound decisions.
We do what AI doesn't
AI doesn't organize your files. It doesn't know which spreadsheet is the right one. It doesn't decide what data it is allowed to see. It doesn't talk to your team to understand why a process works the way it does.
That is our job. We do everything AI doesn't, so AI actually works for you.
What we don't do
We don't provide 24/7 support. We don't patch third-party software that wasn't built well; we propose an alternative.
If you want to see how we work, all our services are on the services page.
